Wills from Home!
I hope you all are staying sane and doing well! I have mentioned before that one of my missions is to make the process of creating a Last Will and Testament as frictionless as possible. Recently, a client told me that the questionnaire I send to clients who want a Will needed some clarification. So I went through it made it much easier to follow. I also put the questionnaire in a form you can fill out online. No stamps, no mailing, no printing, no scanning.
In normal times, there must be a Notary and two witnesses present in the same room for a Will signing. Getting four or five people together in a small room is not the best idea right now. However, yesterday Governor Reeves issued an order allowing us to have documents notarized remotely! I’m hoping this rule will stay in effect for good. Video taping the signing of Wills provides better proof if the Will and Testament is ever contested anyway. I told you positive things would come of this!
The link to my new form is attached. If you are ready to get this done so you can quit worrying about it, click here Life Plan Quesionnaire, and simply click submit at the end of the form. I’ll be back in touch soon.
Let me know if you need anything else!
